Reaching That
Roadblock Again
|
Time For Change
|
|
What do you do when you
reach a blocked road? Do you persistently try to go through it,
especially, when you do not know what is at the other end of the road?
Naturally, you would find and take an alternative route to get to your
destination, right?
But that is not what we do when we actually
face roadblocks in our life. We persistently try to clear that
roadblock "our way" to get to the other side without even
considering the time we have lost and will continue to loose in the
pursuit.
How much time do we have in our lifetime?
|
Choosing An
Alternative Route
What we should do is find that alternative route. Choose the most
interesting one, one that we have never tried so that we can appreciate
the new scenery and feel refreshed.
Show Interest In Others
Take time to meet new people along the
route. Take time to listen about their roadblocks. Help them
find alternative routes through our experiences. Give them a ride to
get to their destinations if we can.
Be A Person Who Is Appreciated
The point is, you have been stuck at some
roadblocks before, so, you should know how it felt to be in a limbo when
you could not figure out how to get through. How will you feel when
you are able to work on helping other people clear their roadblocks?
Can you imagine how grateful they will be for your help? Recall how
it felt when someone has helped you and work on giving others that very
feeling.
Creating a Rainbow
"Being appreciated" is the most uplifting feeling anyone can
give you. It is so motivating that it will bring out the best of
your creative juices to work better at helping others. And do you
know what? Once you have cleared their blocks, you will notice that
yours have been cleared too. In working together to clear
roadblocks, you have created a rainbow of myriad of solutions, to cross
over even the "mother of all roadblocks".

So What Is Stopping You?
Is this what you are saying?
|
Your Belief System
Self Created Roadblocks
|
|
"I cannot
help others when I am in need of help myself"
|
Concentration On Self:
-
Self
pity - help me first.
-
It
will not benefit me.
-
I
have no time.
-
I
am not clever enough to do that.
-
I
have no confidence.
-
I
have no money.
-
Unwillingness
to share, as you are worried that others will benefit through you.
|
|
"I don't believe it
will work".
|
Being Sceptic
-
Stopping
others less assertive than you from helping you with outspoken doubts.
-
Believing
that others could not possible help you when they have "less than
what you are / have" factors, such as if they are younger or less
educated or not as successful as you are.
-
Always
thinking others has ulterior motives in helping you. Is it
because that is what you practice?
|
|
Yes,
it is time for change.
|
Open your mind to
accept information and help from all resources.

The Righteous
Man
|
A very righteous man went
to heaven and complained to God that he had been pious and prayed daily
but he did not attain the enlightenment he seek.
God replied, "I sent you many sinners
but you turned them away. If you have taken time to teach them to
repent, you would be enlightened".

A
GreenBeing's Perspective
learned from a Chauffer
|
For every skills, ability
and knowledge you have gained, there may be an aspect in life that you
have not been enlightened on. For every disability I am not able to
overcome, there may be a touch of awareness I have attained, while you are
still seeking....

In Giving,

help enough other people get what they want...".
